Come What May and Love It

I love salsa. Salsa is yummy to the tummy. For the last few years my kids and I have expermented with salsa. We have made my own fresh salsa recipe, corn salsa, black bean salsa, strawberry mango salsa, avacado salsa .... YUM!! Last year I went to the craft fair at Bonneville High School. I saw a table there that a lady had canned salsa set up and she sold out. She turned to her hubby and said I should have made more. I asked her if she would be back next year and she said no. She was moving out of the state. I thought back to all the salsa's I have made. I think I want to start selling salsa at the local farmer's market. The only question is ... "will people buy it?" I don't want to put out a bunch of money the first week and have nobody buy it. My sister said she has one of those tents they use that only has the canopy top. I have one card table and I need to find another one. I can have D make a sign to use for the first few weeks.I think it could be fun. Leif

February is a depressing time of year. The sun is not here for very long each day. I am tired of the snow and cold. I just simply get grumpy. I tell Leif in February he needs to take me somewhere that the temp is higher than 50 and the sun is shining. On the last saturday in February, I saw a robin and a baby lamb! I HAVE FAITH!
